Info on gases needed

I have no experience with laser cutting or engraving but have a use for it so I decided to buy this machine. I’m struggling with getting all the info I need. There is no spec sheet outlining all the requirements.

What I’ve found so far:

  1. Gases must be 99.99% pure (not standard industrial 98.9%)
  2. Must use compressed air or gases for cutting (CO2 and fiber laser)
  3. Compressed air must be around 230 PSI and VERY clean

If a more knowledgeable person would be willing to help outline the requirements, I’d be ecstatic!

Additional notes:

  • Make sure to get high-flow gas regulators specifically for laser setups.
  • The gases are ultra high purity gases.
